Benefits:
You sell Fran’s Candle Products with no investment
There is no expensive inventory or warehouse to maintain
You do not have to package and mail merchandise to your customers
You do not purchase any products until you have sold them and collected the money
You purchase merchandise at the wholesale price and decide the price you want to sell
How the Program work:
You would market our pre-labeled product and generate sales by taking an order from your customer (merchandise plus shipping/handling fees), process the payment and forward a copy of the order to us to fulfill and ship.
We will charge your credit card for the total of the wholesale price plus shipping and handling fees. No orders will be shipped without pre-payment at any time.
We will process and ship the orders within 2-5 days and email a confirmation to you.
Rules of the Program:
All retail distributors are required to have a current business license or sales tax certificate and a company website. If you do not have a sales tax ID number, contact your local IRS office and apply for one.
We reserve the right to make periodic changes to the schedule based on changes to our product line, changes in the individual product prices, or changes in shipping/handling charges with prior notice to you the merchant.
You can use any of our product written copy or photos on our website for your marketing efforts, you are welcome to any information that you need. If you need something specific from us to help you along the way, please do not hesitate to ask.
Samples: If you need samples to show to your customers, samples can be purchased at drop ship prices after registering with our company.
We keep our information off of the invoice so YOUR customers stay YOUR customers.
You guarantee to not use any of our written copy or photos with any adult themed material. Also do not misrepresent these images as your own creations or use to design yourself.
Membership Dues: Members are required to pay a monthly membership due of $20.00 in any month in which sales do not exceed $100.00 in merchandise. (Merchandise only at wholesale price not to include shipping/handling fees)
Payment: All orders will be charged to the credit card that you provide. Payment must be made to YOUR credit card and not the customer credit card. It is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct credit card number, expiration date, name and address associated with your credit card. If your credit card is declined a $10.00 service fee will be added to your bill. We assume no responsibility with bank fees associated with the use of your credit card. We do not at any time allow deferred payments. The copies of the orders which you will receive via email are your receipts. We send receipts of payments at the end of each month upon request.
Incorrect addresses: All orders must have the correct address, city, state and zip code. We will not be responsible for any missed deliveries or late deliveries when a bad address is supplied. We will ship to the address supplied by YOU with the order.
Claims: All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 3 businesses days of product being received. Verification of damages via photo will be required, No refund will be issued only replacement of ordered item(s). If the customer disposes of the item before we can verify the damages no replacement will be issued. There is no exception to this policy.
Returns: No returns are allowed from the recipient. If the order is returned by the postal carrier due to being refused, a bad address, or the non-availability of recipient the member will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Responsibility: At no time will we be responsible of liable for your site success, accuracy, or legality of its content and operation.
We will always hold all member and customer information in strict confidence and will not at any time share this information with a third party.
